Filova products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Processing time
Most orders need production time before shipment. During busy periods or new drops, processing may take longer.

Shipping time
Shipping time depends on destination, carrier service, and local delivery conditions. Tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a free-shipping promotion is active.

Address changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is wrong. Once an order has entered production or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us with your order number and we will help review the shipment.

International orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
