Filova products are made to order, so returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer preference are not guaranteed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will try to help. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Size issues
Please check the size guide before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase.

Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
