When will my order ship?
Filova products are made to order. Production starts after checkout, then tracking updates once the carrier receives the package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will try to help. Once an item is in production, changes may not be possible.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with a replacement or refund when the claim is approved.
Do you accept size exchanges?
Because each tee is made to order, size exchanges are not guaranteed. Please check the size guide before buying and contact us if you are unsure.
How should I wash my tee?
Wash inside out with similar colors on a cold or gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and direct heat on the print.
